Journals Division Tasks:

• Follow-up on research submitted, accepted for publication, or rejected for journals issued by the Dean.
• Follow-up on research submitted for publication after receiving it from researchers and ensuring that it conforms to the terms and instructions of publication in journals.
• Prepare all correspondence related to the Division.
• Prepare the necessary statistics related to the division.
• Write an annual report on the magazine's achievements.
• Correcting proofs of journals nominated for publication.
• Follow up with approved printing presses to carry out the required work and according to the approved conditions.
• Ensuring that magazines are issued on time, in both paper and electronic formats.
• Continue sending papers for proofreading by the editors.
• Ensure that published research is uploaded to the journal's approved databases.
• Follow-up on residents' financial rewards.
• Any other matters assigned to Journals Division.
